  • time frame for ead and green card

    hi i am on a visitor visa in the us, entered legally and in status . and am about to marry a us citizen. how long does it typically take to obtain EAD , advanced parole and and green card if i apply in the US?

    Around 60-90 days for the EAD and AP, and around 90-120 for the Green Card.

    However, you should be careful... that your intent when you entered was not to marry an US citizen. Or you may be accused of fraud/misrepresentation at the POE and possible deported.

      So I understand that correctely it is 60-90+90-120=150-210???? days in total max for GC?
