Timings for I-130 for US citizen spouse

My Us citizen husband filed a I-30 petition for me since January 28. We have been married for two years. Just wanna know how long is the processing time before my petition will be granted?

One really last question... We filed the petition I-30 this end of January 2008. We inquire our bank account recently but the payment for the application fee still there and havent receive it yet. How long will it takes before we will get notice from them that they receive our applications?
