Missing document response for I-864

Hi,

Follow the instruction of missing document checklist for I-864, I need to fill out a new I-864. Do I also need to *RESUBMIT* every supporting document I've already attached last time, or just attach those missing document?

They say 2007 tax return is missing, but I haven't filed it. Should I just explain it to them, or should I file 2007tax return (which is time consuming), then give a copy to them?

Your help or experience is greatly appreciated!

I would file the 2007 taxes or submit copies of your W-2's if you want to rush it along. They just need official ways to establish your income for last year.

You don't need to re-submit everything... but I had similar issues (They actually lost pages of mine) with the I-864, and I made copies and sent the whole thing again just to be safe.

Thanks. I actually already attached 2007 W2. I guess I have to file 2007 taxes now, can't wait till last minutes.
