I have two problems with filling out I-864. The first on is that my husband who is my sponsor is disabled and doesnt work or fill out a yearly tax return. His income is workmans comp and social security payments. Is he still eligble to sponsor me? He gets enough money depending on how we count his children which is the second problem. How do we count his household size. As he doesnt fill out a tax return do we have to count his 3 children under 21 who do not live with him? (one lives with her mother who claims her on her tax return and the other two share a house and both work and support themselves). He has one other child (age 9) who lives with him. Any advice would be gratefully received.
