  • No wedding pictures being a problem?

    Hello,

I post a thread earlier and forgot to ask one more question. I married US citizen who was born in Thailand and all of his family lives in Thailand. All of my family lives in the Czech Republic so we really have no relatives here in United States. That's why we have decided not to make a big deal out of the wedding ceremony and got married without anybody presented, only a witness that the office provided. We also have no pictures from the wedding. Will that be a problem? We got all the documentation and tons of other pictures proving that our marriage is real.

    Thanks a lot,

it depends on the interviewing officer... sometimes they ask for them, sometimes they don't. but if you have other evidence of shared life and the marriage certificate, you should be fine.
