Hi,
I am married to a US citizen. We have filed the I-130 petitions which have been processed and accepted for me and my son (which is not my husbands biological child).
However, I have now received a form DS-230 and I am puzzled. Does my child (5 years old) need to fill one out as well as me, even though I am naming him as coming with me to the US?
Also do I have to send Part I of the DS-230 prior to my interview or just bring the whole form to my appointment at the embassy in London?
Please can somebody help me - its so confusing!!!!
