a friend got her green card and citizenship after marrying her US citizen boyfriend. He is a nice guy just trying to help her out. So they didn't really live together. They are still dating, and never got divorced after she got her citizenship.

The question is: if Immigration found out this, would she be removed from this country? Could she apply to stay until her 6-year-old US-born daughter is 18? (Her daughter's father, her ex, is threatening her to report her to CIS if she doesn't give up custody.)

yes, she could be deported and her citizenship revoked.

Immigration fraud is a serious crime.
