Hi,
I am On H1B in US, I came in Feb 2006, I met a girl here in US. She is a
Sri lankan Citizen by Birth. She came to US through DV (Lottery) Visa. Her application is pending with USCIS. She is yet to get her green Card. We are planning to get married. If we get married immediately can my application be added to her application and be eligible for green Card. By this way i dont need to wait for 5 yeard by applying in Family Catagory. Please do let me
know about this ASAP as her application can be approved any time.
