Hi,
My future father-in-law is a US Citizen. My future husband has an approval of I-130 Family based petition and now he is waiting for an interview and a visa. Now, we are wondering whether to marry now or wait until my husband gets an appointment for interview and we marry after that just before the interview in order to fill I-824 petition so that I can get a GC with him and go in USA together. So can anyone help me and tell me if this is possible?
