Hi There,
I have a question about moving? I'm a US citizen and my Wife works in Ireland, she is a Indian citizen. My question is, is it ok if I move with her to Ireland, till all the paper work get done? or is there any restrictions ?, or is that going to effect my case?. can someone please help with an answer, I would really appreciate.

Are you planning on moving back to the USA once she gets her visa? because that is the point of the spouse visa, for you to live in the USA.

Thanks for the fast response, yes, off course I' will come back with her, but is there any problem if i stay there? does that going to effect the affidavit of support?. what are the procedures. when you get a chance please respond for my concern, hope i will hear from you soon.

It will be fine, but you need to maintain your residence in the USA and overcome the I-864P (poverty guidelines) by having US income.
