I was born in the U.S. but my boyfriend is here illegally from mexico. We have an 11month old daughter. We would like to get married but I don't know where to go or what steps to take to do this. I am afraid if we just get married he will get deported. He has social security card and mexican id but he did sneak in across the border. Can you tell me where to start with this?
