  • Few Questions

    1. On I-130 question 20 in part C, asks if native alphabet is other than Roman letters, write his or her name and foreign address in native alphabet. a. My question is since my wife is from India and her native alphabet is Hindi should she write name in Hindi.
    b. She does not have a foreign address anymore because she live in US, what should we put for the address, N/A or US address or or her India address.

    2. Since we are filling all the form together, form I-130 and I-485 together, both ask to attach a copy of G-325A; should we include 2 copies for G-325A one with each form or just one copy with the whole package?

    3. Few of the form asks for photocopies of passport and visa, should we include multiple copies with each form or will one do for the package?

    Thanks for all your help.

1.- Yes, put name in Hindi.
    B) why does she live in the USA? put the last address where she resided in India.

2.- Two G-325As for the I-130 (one filled out by you and one by her). and ONE G-325a for the I-485.

3.- Multiple copies for each form.

For as long as you sent 1 copy of the G-325a for each person you should be fine. I would not worry too much about it. USCIS may just make an additional copy for you.

IF they are really picky, then they will send you a letter asking you to mail another G-325a. But until then, there is nothing you can do, just wait.
