I-864 or I-864EZ?

I am sponsoring my mother only. i.e I petitioned I-130 with her only name.
Now, I received info to send Affidavit of Support from NVC.

I am confused on the instructions if I can file I-864EZ or I-864?

My single income is higher than the poverty line guideline chart. So, can I just send I-864EZ form?

I really appreciate if someone can answer to my question.

The only confusion part for 840EZ i have is, for tax returns last 3 years I am filing married filing jointly. But I am planning to send my own *individual* income W2 forms along with joint IRS transcripts.

Does this still make me qualify to apply for I-840EZ?

Many people have already done it and I appreciate if someone can take
time to answer this rather than passively reading the post.
