I sent you a cuple e-mails before and I want to thank you for the helpful information that you sent me.

This time I have another question for you: I'm a permanent resident and my husband is an American citizen.My daughter is in Romania and she is 13 years old.My husband is the stepfather of my daughter.Who will be better to fill the form I -130( Petition for alien relative) , me or my husband? I know that both we are eligible for this but I want to bring my daughter with me as soon as is posible becouse she is alone in Romania and she is very young.
