Immediate Relative of US Citizen ( IR1 )

Dear Sir or Madam:

My wife has applied for me on F2A Category, and it Approved by USCIS and Completed by NVC on Dec, 30.2005.We are waiting for Visa Availability (Visa Bulletin).

Now my wife became US Citizen and we sent a letter to NVC To UP GRADE our case from F2A to IR1.

I want to know how long it takes to receive Notification

From NVC for INTERVIWE SCHADUAL?
