Green Card thru Marriage

I married a US citizen in 1986 in the UK. In 1988 I became a resident alien and worked in the US until 1996, when we returned to the UK. I lost my status thru staying out of the US for ten years, but I would now like to regain it. I have come to visit family and while here been offered employment. Which form do I need to use to get a new green card? Marriage or employment? Or other?
