    1. Should I submit Bona fide document with our aplications (I-130, I-485, I-131, etc), meaning pictures, financial documents, affidavit from friends and family or should we wait until they ask for them.

    2. In application I-485, under part 3 Processing Information, when they ask marital status, should we put down married or singal. At the time when my wife got her student visa, she was singal and we got married in states after she had been here for 8 months.

    3. On application I-131, how do we need to explain that we qualify for advance parole document and what circumstances do we have to show? like I said before we are filling all the forms together, do we still need to explain or can we just submit the I-131 without any explaination.

    Thanks

1.- You need to submit some initial evidence, like marriage certificate, financial documents, joint lease or titles of property you own together, etc. Affidavits and pictures save them for the interview.

2.- If her current status is married, then put married...

    3.- No explanation needed.
