I am ready to file for my wifes GC. I just wanted to make sure I covered everything. Her and I got married about 7 months ago. She came to US on student visa. Here is a list and supporting document I am sending in:
1. I-130 w/ Citizenship certificate, Marriage Cert, copy of my USA passort, G-325a Wife's and mine, (1) photo mine, (1) photo hers,
2. I-864 w/ full 2005 - 2007 Tax return with W2 and 1099, copy of retirement account showing wife as beneficary
3. I-485 w/ (2) photo of wife, I-693 medical examination (completed by doctor), her birthertificate, copy of I-94 front/back, copy of her USA visa, marriage cert, and her G-325a
4. I-765 w/ (2) photo of wife, copy of 1st passport page of wife, copy of I-94 front/back, and copy of her ISA visa.
Am I missing anything? Should I add or remove anything?
can I make out one check or should I make multiple checks (one for each application)?
