please i need to know this

my dad filed I-130 for my married brother in 2003 and its was approved in 2007..and now my dad just passed away in 2008 so i just want to know what are the option for my brother and his wife..and what will happen to that file..we haven't told the immigration people yet..

so please help me if anyone know

Unless your mother is an US Citizen and she can stand in her dad's place as sponsor, then the petition is void/cancelled.

You must notify USCIS, if you do not and you attempt to obtain a GC this way, it would be fraud and any benefits (residency, citizenship, etc) will be revoked in the future.
