How to expedite I-130 Processing

Has anyone received a confirmation on their I-130 filed after June 30, 2007 or know any means on how to expedite the I-130 processing? As, I received a receipt notice filed for my spouse on December 31st 2007, but have not seen any progress. As a result, I also filed the I-129F form for a K-3 visa hoping this application will take less time than the I-130. Any help is greatly appreciated.

There is no way to speed up the I-130 processing. But if you check in other forumns, you can see lot of people who filed their I-130 in Aug/Sep 2007 are getting approved. So, you need to contact USCIS about your application.
