My wife was an U.S green card holder, she filed for me ( Her spouse ) on the F2A category and our case Completed by NVC on Dec, 30, 2005 and we are waiting to RECEIVE my interview date. Recently my wife became an U.S citizen and Upgrade our file at NVC.
I have a question about Affidavit of Support Forms (I-864):
We submitted Affidavit of Support Forms (I-864) at NVC ,is it necessary to prepare new Affidavit of Support Forms (I-864) for our case or not ?
