anyone know about htis

I called uscis today and found out that my case is waiting approval, but during the background checks on my husband they discovered he had a name hit with someone that has an a-number who is here. So they are transferring the file to verify that these are two different people. Has anyone been through this. i filed since june a I130 and k3 but the k3 was filed in oct. I have my senator and congress involved but all they ever tell me is its being reviewed nothing more. I happen to find this out by picking someone a veteran at uscis.

i say it was a blessing i was never given that type of info since i filed almost 9 mos. I was an older lady i just act professional and told her to stop fooling me its something going on i just kept picking and she told me to hold on,So either that was someone who had authority or they are lying when they say they cant see any details..
