Hello There,
I have applied my I 130 about five months ago, Now I'm still waiting for the approval letter. I'm planing to move to Ireland with my Wife until she gets the visa call also she is not an Irish citizen. My Concern is if i move to Ireland, does it affect my petition eligibility; for example:Job verification and bank statement etc. How is it going to work? my address in the US is going to be the same. Can someone please answer my question, I'm really stressed out here.
