Need poverty line numbers

I am requesting information on on of your pages... https://www.immihelp.com/family-based-greencard/index.html. It states that you must make 125% above the mandatory poverty line to being in a family member from another country. First question being, what is the $poverty line. Second, if I am bringing my husband, and I am unemployed, or below line, living in the United States does this change things, and how will these circumstances affect this progress.
