Hello,
I am Indian National,My wife is Green card holder in USA.She had applied for my immigrant visa on Oct2007in form I-130 And the petition is pending with carlifornia service centre.My wife has recently delivered twins babies who have been issued social security No. of USA.My wife badly in need of me to give physical as well as emotional need to look after her and our childrens.Please advice me how I or my wife can put an request to US immigration for early movement of petition.I may also be advice on the basis of these circumstances, Can I apply for the vistor visa which will not create and problem in my petition movement.Hoping for nice advice.
