A gc mother sponsored her nmarried son about 10 years ago(as unmarried), now he is married and has kids, last week he got letter from NVC about paying his fee so they could start process.
other hand the mother has applied her citizenship about 4 months ago. Please help what is the best way to bring her son with his family here. does she has to file any other appication?

Until the mother becomes an US Citizen, his petition for a GC is void/cancelled.

She will have to update the petition to NVC once she becomes a citizen.

If she update the petition after her citizenship, does he has to wait again 9-10 years?

His application became void when he married. With more than one child that was likely several years ago. Why would you think he would not have to start from the beginning?

If he attempts to enter as single and then file for his family, he will be in big trouble. Look at Gurfinkle, updates 2007, Oct 28 for a case study.

OK, but now what is solution of it, and how long he has to wait once his mother get citizenship.

Check the processing dates for home country. He must start at the beginning of the process once mother qualifies to file.
