Status on Pending Case

I am enquiring about the status of my brother's application, I have gone online and entered his receipt # and its telling me ‘Validation Error, Case status retrieval failed’ and that I need to contact my local office.

Can you please forward the contact # for the local New York offices (Garden City, L.I.C.) or advise me on what to do.
