Changing from consular processing to Adjustment of Status

Appreciate your immediate reply. can some one file I-485from being out of the US? If the US consulate lost a file of an approved I-130 case while consular processing, what the beneficiary can do? Can you help any to get him a green card or at least a tourist visa to the beneficiary to get to the US to get it processed in the US? Please get back to me as soon as possible.

I-485 can't be filed outside the US.

If the consulate has lost the file, ask them to help them out locate it or get the duplicate one.

A person who is waiting for greencard can't get tourist visa.
