Query re I-485

Hey again

I'm a little bit stuck with Part 3 (b) on the I-485. The question that asks is my husband "Applying with" me? He is my sponsor and a US Citizen so is this only if he was also applying for Perm. Residence/Adjust Status if not a citizen?
