about sponser

i want to know that
1) is it better to have only one spnoser..for example; my uncle is going to sponser for my husband or
2) is it better to add my name in sponser with my uncle

first of all, the petitioning spouse (USC) will always be a sponsor, even if he/she makes $0. the only reason a co-sponsor (someone else) is needed is when the petitioning spouse does not overcome the poverty guidelines found in i-864P.

So it is not a question of what is better or not... it is a question of whether you make enough money, have enough investments or income to support the household according to the poverty guidelines?

not yet...i called them yesterday they said give us one more week to assign the case #......

so still in waiting list......
my husband is so frustrated now...
