should i wait to let them generate DS 3032 or soould i send them DS 3032 Now..

Congrats first of all ! Did you read all the instructions of James Shortcut properly ?

When they generate DS-3032 (second message), then only you can send DS-3032 with bar code affixed on it. Good luck !
