To write a letter to USCIS concerning my I-130 application. I see they posted the dates and they are still at July 30th. I am not going to stand around and let them take 2 years to process this application too.l It took 2 and a half years to get my citizenship application process. I have to do something.

My wife had experienced similar situation like yours. She applied for her citizenship in 02/2006. She took finger prints 05/2006. For a whole year we attempted several times to track the status of the application, using the receipt number on all her notices and the immigration website kept on telling us there was no record on her. We called their customer service and still we could not get any definite information about her application.
We finally decided to write our United States Senator in 12/2007 and informed him about the situation. For about a month the Senator's office updated us on every contact/communication they had with the Local Immigration office and in the first week of 02/2008, surprisingly we got a notice from the immigration authorities. In the second week finger print was done and the following weeking she did her swearing in and got her naturalization.
Try and contact the United States Senator office in your district and seek help.
