its fairly simple case...some things against us. (at least it seems like)
-both of us are young...21(him) and 20.
- he (US CITIZEN) works, i dont. so our income is low, the sponsors are his parents. and they also help us with bills, rent and such at times.
- we dont have a lot of bills together, being that we have low income .
only rent (water included,and lease in both our names), and electric (on his name only).
(we dont own cars, nor have insurance, nor have taken loans)
- when we started going out back in highschool we never plan on this, of course, so we dont have a lot pics together, it never seemed necessary...may sound stupid but we're camera shy and aren't very pretentious to be taking pics of ourselves all the time.
it hasnt been till now that we've been scared we dont have enough pics together previous to our marriage.
-only have taken one trip together (again we're young and trying to make it so we dont have money to take trips and vacations)
-being that he's the only one that works, we spend a lot of our time together , no records of our phone converstations, no need to call each other.
- here on an overstayed visitors visa (came here as a child, so i had no say in whether to stay or leave)

just been reading a lot of these requirements and we're afraid we dont meet them all, mostly due to our young age and low income. but as i said his parents are helpin with the sponsorship cause it makes sense since they help us out with some of our expenses.

first thing, do not leave the country. under no circumstances, until you get your green card approved or else, you will be subject to a 10 year ban.

you need to provide evidence of your relationship, from pictures, emails and affidavits to financial joint life. but if you can provide that and have a sound interview, you should be fine.
