Hi, I have a question for I-130 receipt number. My case is that I have submitted my I-130 petition in Oct 2007 and my check was cashed in December 2007. However, I haven’t received any NOA so far. I was told that I can find the receipt number on the back of cashed check. So I printed out the check image through my online bank account. Yes, there is a 13-character number starting at letters EAC ##########. Unfortunately I couldn’t tell the first three numbers after EAC. I guess these three numbers might be identical for applications submitted during the period of mine. Anyone has an idea what the first three numbers should be?
