    3) I-765 - I am applying for "Permission to accept employment" correct?

    4) I-485 - I am applying for AOS bcoz (b) my spouse or parent...correct?

    5) G-325A for my wife (USC), she needs to mention "form submitted for status as permenant resident" as well?

    6) G-325A for my wife - She is a student and worked only for few months in 2007 but currently unemployed...Can we mention "N/A" in "Applicants employment last five year for current"?

      1. Leave Blank. USCIS will assign one if you don't have one.
      2. No
      3. I'm not sure what the question here is. I765 is for permission to accept employment in general.
      4. These a/b questions confuse me. Choose the right type that you are applying under.
      5. Can't figure out what the question here is as well.
      6. Was she not working in any job for past 5 years? If yes, she can. If not, she has to mention every job held.

        Thank you

Thank you! now i undersand why i wasnt getting more responses...sorry abt that

Below question is related to a section in G-325a where it says "This form is submitted in connection with an application for..." and my question was, as my wife who is already a USC filing this form, can she select "Status as permenent resident" because she is applying for me (or) leave it blank?

"5) G-325A for my wife (USC), she needs to mention "form submitted for status as permenant resident" as well?"

-*- I should leave A# blank for both of us considering the case i presented in my last post?

        God Bless!

Choose the Other option and mention PR for spouse and if the 325A is for you, choose the status as PR.. A# is blank if you don't have one. But Isn't 325A needed only for you?

If mentioned in the forum, it is right. That is not something that I have knowledge about. You can ignore my question. I have read it too elsewhere, I was just asking.
