filing for widowed mother, should Dad's name be listed in I 130?

Hi,
I'm stuck on c17 question in I 130. My father is no more. do I still need to list his name under "list husband/wife and all children of your relative"
just want to reconfirm.

May or may not ....

... you can write the name and mention "Deceased".
