Hi,
I have 2 questions on form I-864- Background: Married to USC who only worked for few months on campus last year and have no other history of income and presently unemployed hence I am using my Income to support
1) Question 23. "My current individual income is"? as my wife is unemployed now and is a student, can we mention $0.00?
2) Question 25. Federal Income Tax return information.
I am using my income which is way above poverty line but i have filed Income tax only for last year (2007) and had no income record for 2nd and 3rd most recent hence didnt file taxes...Can we just mention 2007 (most recent)?
