I was born in spain. when i was 5 my mom came to the US on a visitor visa with me and my older sister. we didnt have passports, we were under my mothers passport. i am 18 now, engaged and im looking at the I-130 form and its talking about the I-94 form. which i do not have...if i leave that blank, will they reject me? ANOTHER concern i have is going for the adjustment of status interview...will i be deported? im going to file them as soon as i get married which is...any day now. I also am confused on what forms to file....
