My husband was able to get a B-2 visa by applying with a different address and employment in his country.
He overstayed his visa, we got married, and we're now applying for his green card.
However, on his Biographical Information sheet, his address and employment in his country are different than what was originally provided to enter the country.
Does this mean he will be denied residency? Will he get deported?
