I am on student visa right now and my wife is a US citizen. We are filling for my green card. I have bunch of questions.
1. I am applying for green card. In the mean time I might have to visit India. I understand that I have to fill out I 131. If I visit India for about 2 months then at that time I won't be able to take classes. Will that be ok with my student visa? Once I appear for interview, will there be a problem because of this parole? Will I get denied for the green card because of parole?
2. My wife has to fill out I 864 Affidavit of support. What does she need from her work? Does she have to submit a letter from her manager stating that her salary is so and so and her position is full time and title is so and so? Do we need to send this form with other forms or do I need to submit this at the time of interview? The papers she gets from work, is it valid only for 6 months?
