    Please help us....

    I was born in USA....my husband got his citizenship last wk...his mother is here with us now with visiting visa, & she has to go back on this September(6 months time period will expire on sept.).
    Now, we would like to apply for immigrant visa for both his mom & dad.
    we filled out the I-130 and have all the supportive documents....what else should I sent with the form? Is form I 485 also we have to sent with this 1130? is that ok for her to travel to India on sept., even though her application will be on pending?...also, they don't have their marriage certificate
    Please help anyone....help will be greatly appreciated...!!

    Need to have marriage & birth certificates for parents. Affidavits are acceptle in some cases. Check out the procedure for I-130 filing on IMMIHELP, they provide helpful info.
    Hire an attorney if you can or atleast seek professional advice. Make your parents donot overstay B1/B2.

      Advance parole

      Make sure you apply for and obtain advance parole also, they should not leave the country until they obtain advance parole.
