I am with F1 status in USA. My sister and her family are permanently living in USA with Green Card and she likes to be my sponsor to apply for my Green Card in Family Based Application. She is ready to fill up Affidavit of support and take entire responsibility of mine.
Now i am 21 Years old. Sir, I want to know whether i can apply for my Green Card or not?
