Hi all,

I thought it will be much better to have a dedicated thread for immigration petitions that have already been approved.

I applied for my parents and both the I-130's were approved (same dates).

I already received Choice of agent - 3032 forms and I mailed them to my parents who are yet to receive the same from NVC. I also sent in $70.00 fees for I-864 processing to NVC.

I am a US citizen. I have couple of questions. My parents have a multiple entry 10 year visitors visa.
My siblings may want to migrate to US in future.They are above 21 years of age.
Should I file a I-130 & I-485 concurrently for my parents when come next to US ,so that they apply for my siblings when they become citizens?
OR
should i file I-130 for my siblings now?
Which will be faster? thanks.
