My Father applied I-30 for me in 2002 ( priority date: 23rd Aug 2002), he became citizen last year Oct 07 and he then did the needful to upgrade my status to F1 from F2B category.
We have recently submitted police certificates, birth certificates and Ds230 forms to NVC, does this mean I have to await for any approval letter? or just wait for priority date to get current or both?
Can I have an estimate about the time between, priority date getting current & your intew date in embassy (Delhi in My Case) ?
Will I be recieving any correspondence from regional US embassy?
Visa Bulletin has current priority date 15 Mar 2002, so it means still have a long wait....?
