I am wondering if you are able to give me some advice. I have been in a relationship with a US Citizen since June 05, we got engaged in February 06 and I have been travelling back and forth every 2 to 5 months. Because of problems with a previous marriage it took a long time for his divorce to come through. It came through this year and we were married on 9th May, we have been through a lot together including the recent tornados. We are wanting to be together in Georgia where we rent our home. I have two boys from a previous marriage, one is 15 years and one is 19years, they have both on a number of occasions with and without me gone to stay with my husband in USA. Would you be able to advise me of what visas my husband would need to apply for so that my boys and I are able to be with my husband and stay in USA.
