    Hello,

I would like to sponsor my siblings, have few questions. Please help.

    - When I am sponsoring my brother do I have to add his wife name and minor children in the form?

    - If the processing is taking 10 years for instance, what happend if the children not minor at that time are they still eligible?

    - Do I have to fill in I130 and I864 forms for each person in the application like brother, his wife and children?

    Many thanks in advance.

    1. yes
    2. yes (almost sure)
    3. i don't know, sorry. all i know is that when you are sponsoring both of your parents, you have to fill out separate i-130 for each of them. so i assume you have to. remember, i'm just guessing. as for I-864, if you read the form, part 2 asks about the principal immigrant, part 3 information on immigrants you are sponsoring and question 9 (to be more specific) says "I am sponsoring the following family members immigrating at the same time or within six months of the principal immigrant named in Part 2 above. Do not include any relative listed on a separate visa petition." and there you can list children and spouse. so your brother will be the principal immigrant and then his wife and children are family members that can be included in that list. so again, i would say you just need one i-864 for all of them and just make sure you can show enough income to support them.

maybe someone else could clarify this last point.
