finally got the money to do it, now need help AOS W/ kids

My husband and I are filling out all the forms for AOS for me and my two girls.
and i have questions:

for I -130: we need pictures of him and i? also for the girls (picture of him and picture of the girls) ?

can we submit all I-130 together in the same package?

Do i need G325 for the minors too ?

for the I-765 : current immigration status: what shuold i put ?

also only 2 pictures, copy of I-94 and passport ? just that?

I-485: G-325 only for me ? also part 3 your mother's firts name. Only the

first name, no last mame? we used two name and two last names in our
country.

with the minors I-485, G-325? copy of I-864 ? 2 photos ?

Also I-864: if i received almost 10,000 a year in child support for the natural fathers, is that considered in income or assets? Should i fill out a I-864 A ?

Also I saw somewhere in this site before some recommendations in how to file and the order but most especially how to organize the papers and in what. But where can i find that again? please.

this depends on your particular situation. if you came as a visitor (B2 visa) and you haven't overstayed, then enter "Visitor B2 visa" (or whatever visa you got when you entered the country) if you overstayed, enter "Out of status"

you are right, just that. copy of i-94 front and back though. after reading the form instructions again, it says "If you are filing an I-765 under the(c) (9) category, an I-94 record need not submitted." this is my sister's case, but i remember her sending that just in case, if i were you, i would send it, it's better to be there rather than not, don't you think?? if they don't need it, they can just throw it away i guess hehe

i guess you are talking about the third set of blanks of form G-325, it starts asking you for father and mother's family name (also known as last name)(mother's have to be last name when she was single) and then first name. the form is specific, if it says first name, then just first name. i'm guessing you are hispanic/latino, because you said you use two names and two last names in your country, like i do (i'm hispanic, and hablo español by the way), but don't worry, just enter the first name and the first last name unless they need more, then it may say something like "FIRST NAME, MIDDLE NAME (or MIDDLE INITIAL), LAST NAME"
