I have a conditional Green Card (marriege) that expired in March 2008. I sent the I-789 form to remove the conditional status, and it is in process, but I need to go to my country (Bolivi) and I don't know if I can do it with my expired green card. Can you tell me if I can travel with the letter from USCIS that says that my aplication is in process?
