I am applying for GC for my mother. she is here on a 6 months visa
I have filed for a tax filing extension for the last year but I have the W-2 to prove my income. I also have the tax filing copies for all the 3 previous years (2004, 2005, 2006).
How do I handle the fact that I have filed for an extension for the last year (2007)? I do not have time to file it now but I need to apply for the GC right now since my mother's 6 month limit is fast approaching.
Would W-2 for 2007 and tax filing for 2004,2005,2006 be sufficient.
