On the certificate, it says "IT IS PUNISHABLE BY US LAW TO COPY, PRINT OR PHOTOGRAPH THIS CERTIFICATE WITHOUT LAWFUL AUTHORITY"

I am applying for a GC for my mother.

Can I photocopy the Naturilization certificate and send it - Concerned because of the above statement

1. Any idea how long it will take to get the GC.

2. I am also sending the I131, How long will it take to get the advanced parole?
